A friend of mine shared this wine with us this evening for the hubster's birthday. (He's a ripe old 28 now!) Part of the attraction was the fun label. The implication was spot on: definitely a summer wine. It's very light and crisp, with definitive fruit notes, but not at all sweet. It's on the dryer side for something with such strong fruit flavors. We were having turkey burgers tonight, and it was a nice compliment to it.
