Condesa de Sarabella Viura White Wine
Wine: Condesa de Sarabella Viura White Wine
Store: Trader Joe's
Price: $4.99
I love this wine. It's a very easy drinking dry wine, with a perfect amount of acidity. It has a fragrant bouquet-slightly floral, slightly floral, very yummy. It's become a staple around our house.

Gelisi Antonio Oltrepo Pavese
Wine: Gelisi Antonio Oltrepo Pavese Sangue di Giuda "Blood of Judas"
Store: Farm Fresh Wine Tasting
Price: ~$10.00
"#1 Italian Wine in US military exchanges. Sweet and a bit frothy with aromas of fragrant bouquets and violets and jam. " ~www.dolcceimports.com
I tried this wine at a wine tasting at our local grocery store. I tried it at two different tastings before I actually purchased it, not because I needed convincing, but because it was more expensive than my typical bottle of wine. And I'm so glad I did...
It's a super yummy wine. Very fruity, without being over the top. There is a nice effervescence to it as well. And it's great with chocolate, especially dark chocolate. I'm enjoying a bit Ghiradehli with at this particular moment.

Berryessa Gap Tempranillo
Wine: Berryessa Gap Termpranillo
Cost: $16.00 (online)
Store: Appears to only be available in California, and one restaurant in Idaho
Tempranillo is the major grape of the Spain’s Rioja region. We have found that the Tempranillo grape and our climate are an excellent match. Our Tempranillo is a regional favorite and regularly sells out within months of release. Be careful, it will seduce you." ~www.berryessagap.com
My brother in law gave us this wine for Christmas. He is attending grad school out in California and this wine is from a local winery.
This quite an aromatic wine, with a very intense flavor. It tends to be a bit on the bitter and acidic side, but it's nice on a cold winter day. I'm enjoying it this afternoon as I look out over the snow, but I think it would be best served with a nice piece of red meat.
